I don't think I did. Anyways, I don't have a clue what DOSbox is so it probably won't run on my computer (It's XP). :S And I'd like to challenge you with that best fighter title...I say SCWU (Super Cosplay War Ultra) deserves it...

Ah, I remember OMF. It had a very well done readme too...Dunno why I remember that. But I beat it by doing this every match: Run forward, go to the guy, repeatedly hit a button...Got old a bit fast...

One that i totally recommend, (and have been totally addicted to) is Little Fighter 2. It kind of mixes Final Fight with Street Fighter. Yes, I noticed that, I think its a bit sad that it was shareware before the second version. :'( But I have both versions, but I think I prefer the freeware (Ver 1.4) version. If only someone could find the latest free version...I doubt that it is 1.4.
