
Based on an earlier project written and briefly released for MS-DOS back in the year 2000, Evowok Breeder has spanned several incarnations, and was finally released in its current form in 2017, with help and support from many helpful friends and collaborators.

- Major revisions to existing gameplay:
- Revised evowok healing system!
- Evowok injuries no longer heal naturally over time, or have a requirement to do so; instead, healing injuries by first-aid can now fully heal injuries up to 100% (depending on the First-Aid Skill of the practitioner!), and there is no limit to the number of times healing can be applied to a particular injury.
- Removed carapace filler from the game; evowok shells can now be treated by first-aid as with other injuries.
- Fully revised the effects of different events on player Bravado throughout the game:
- Bravado is no longer affected by most trivial events.
- Effects on Bravado during a match now vary depending on the size of the spectating crowd!
- Bravado totals including modifiers are now shown in the character details window.

- Gameplay revisions, changes & new features:
- Carrying firewood now increases travel speed on the world map (but gradually depletes the firewood!)
- There is now a limit to the amount of weight that can comfortably be carried in the inventory. Being overloaded causes a reduction in travel speed and reduced Bravado!
- The player's horse can now be optionally saddled as a mount (increasing travel speed) or as a packhorse (decreasing encumbrance).
- Traders now carry a limited amount of money with which to purchase items.
- Items sold to traders now appear in their inventories (and can thus be rebought if desired!)
