Evowok Breeder update 4.2.3

This is to announce the release of Evowok Breeder version 4.2.3 (with thanks to *starshine* for the additional bug reports since the previous release!)

This update fixes several minor issues and one major bug introduced in the 4.2.2 update:
  • Fixed a silly bug introduced in last update causing Psyche scores to be incorrectly calculated.
  • Fixed bug allowing Gentle Lick to be learned by evowok without a tongue.
  • Truffles now correctly count as a perishable item.
  • Revised some early-game interactions with characters in Jasper to avoid undesirable consequences.
  • Renamed several existing Other Achievements and added two new Other Achievements.
  • Added a new EBA trainer to one Stadium.
  • Changed the Ability taught by one character.
  • Completed versatility improvements to population and encounter chance calculations begun in previous update.
